The Culturally Intelligent Coach

 Have you worked with clients that have different cultural views?  Have your cultural bias played any role in how you coach? “As coaches we Dance In The Moment, but what happens when I as a coach prefer our movements to be like a ballet and you prefer a salsa or merengue and I don’t even recognize the steps?” When we consider that all clients are diverse and have preferences based on culture the role of culture becomes a key discussion for us embark on.  Join Murray A.
