J, something I did recently is make a list of all my friends who are highly social connector type people. Then I reached out to them requesting referrals. Most of the people on my list are magnets for people! And they know a lot about what’s going on in their friends lives, so I shared things like, “I know you’re highly trusted by your friends and often know what’s happening in their lives. Do you think any of those people could benefit from coaching support?” Or with one person I asked, “Who do you know who complains a lot, or is really unhappy with how life is going?” And I prompted for the dissatisifed human.
