Thanks, Jeff! It would be a total of eight. One for everyone on the team minus myself and Kerry. I don’t see that the accountant needs to have previous experience with coaching specifically, as sharing coaching with them would be a great way to create the relationship. I don’t have to be right about that, if there’s a best practice that has been in place previously.
