I love where you two are looking in terms of sourcing yourselves, team, AC, other humans, your leadership, etc.
I’m enrolled, AND I just have a few questions. By when? If including workshop as part of it, why not include observation as well?? How will you be sourcing the peeps? It says you will spend the majority of the time on a tool. Our stand is that a FP client be 3/4 sessions a month of ontological coaching, I get that you are doing 2 sessions at 2 hours, but I don’t hear about how you see this giving both of you coaching hours, outside of a tool- will you share what you see there? What do you two see around this and dual relationship?
