I’ll take Oral Exams. The two years I’ve been a part of oral exams, there’s been opportunities to Cause leadership and breakthroughs in really creative ways, and I was too scared of Causing those the last two years. I want to own it this year and bring my leadership from a new level, that causes Leadership, Team, and Breakthroughs for the peeps.
