She has been unwilling to choose which has her team not clear whats so with her, has her not getting support, has her missing her calls, keeping her stuff close and tight. Remember people sometimes don’t graduate and aren’t willing to do it different, that’s fine. Doesn’t mean anything about her, you, the program. If she’s in, there are requirements, if she is out there are requirements. But from where I am, enough is enough.
Does she want to be here or doesn’t she? I would ask her to get in integrity- speaking, action, intention aligned.
