Nichole, LKT and I made lots of edits to our accountabilities spreadsheet. The intention of the spreadsheet is: a structure that creates easy tracking of production related tasks and participant tracking, AND it’s a way for us to make individual contributions (like calling a lawyer, or designing a guest client essence name) and communicate to the whole team what’s so (what has been done) through the spreadsheet.
Would everyone please take time to review all the tabs of this spreadsheet before our next production call, and bring any questions or training requests to next week’s call?
