    Our founder and CEO is looking for an assistant extraordinaire! Ideal candidate will have a great attitude, a breadth of experiences both in life and work, an eagerness to serve and to learn, an interest in having a wide variety of tasks and the ability to treat each one with care and attention. This person will spend time with Nichole, her employees, her children, and represent her at functions and in personal and professional interactions.

    Some days duties will include meal preparation and errand-running, other days it might be booking travel and handling communication. Job will involve managing Nichole’s calendar and being willing to jump in and support with whatever is needed to have the day go smoothly.

    Summary of qualifications:

    Examples of duties:

    • Drop kids off at school and pick up
    • Currently, help kids with home school
    • Meal planning and preparation
    • Shopping
    • Managing schedule
    • Intercept communication
    • Book and prepare for travel
    • Employee and vendor communication
    • Manage appointments
    • Manage housekeeper
    • Keep house/office/kids organized
    • Some support with bill-paying and organizing

    Customer Service and Operations Superstar

    Sash is looking for a smart, flexible, fun, agile-minded, hard-working, “point person” who has their eye on all the balls, all of the time. This person will represent the “Sash way” with everyone who interfaces with the company – customers, employees, vendors, etc. While not required, performing miracles should at least be attempted on a regular basis.


    • Be thorough, follow through on every item regardless of how big or small
    • Be able to work independently and figure out solutions to problems
    • Multitask like a mofo
    • Make decisions that maintain the integrity of Sash Policy
    • Able to pivot on a dime as things change very rapidly in this environment

    Customer service and team support:

    • Cares about people’s experiences and is willing to take a holistic and caring approach to ensure customers needs are fully met
    • Genuinely enjoys customer interaction
    • Ability to respond to high volume of customer communication on multiple platforms daily
    • Wants to be part of the Sash sisterhood
    • Vibes with our company culture
    • Deliver a “white-glove” experience with warmth to everyone who contacts Sash in any way
    • Can handle angry people and make them feel seen and heard without taking any of it personally
    • Be open to taking direction and coaching
    • Willing to roll up your sleeves to do any job, big or small

    Operations and logistics support:

    • Daily shipping updates
    • Daily budget creation
    • Manage basic bill paying
    • General office management (supply ordering, interface with landlord and service providers, etc.)


    • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and compelling manner
    • Type at least 50 words a minute
    • Understanding of G-Suite
    • Able to work with Mac OS
    • Either works with or is easily trained on e-commerce platforms and technologies
