    • Dating and coaching: Why do I keep backing out when it’s “show time”?
      • Shying away from big moves
    • Breaking procrastination habit (“I will avoid this/that…it’s taking time”)

    **Having to show up 9 hours at work is taking away my “playfulness” in action.

    When family was around and I’m away from work, “playful action” was more present.


    Acknowledge: Going on a date and stepping out of my comfort zone to go to an event to make new connections.

    • Landed 2 regular tutoring clients!! (completed 1 lesson)
    • Spent time and reconnected with family.
    • Attend one networking session, one potential sample session

    • Did not take extra clients, no extra networking

    Request for Coaching This Week: 

    I’d like to receive coaching around being more consistent. I have a limiting belief that I can go, go, go until I crash or break my streak and quit on myself. I always pick back up and start again eventually, but I’d love to get more control over self-sabotaging myself by thinking I’ll break the streak so that I have more power to simply roll forward.


    Practices I completed:

    Actively practicing to listen to people as Greatness and noticing the context in the way


    Post Michael Beckwith’s “4 Kingdoms of Consciousness.” Practice noticing from which level you are operating.

    Practice feeling your feelings fully and completely. Notice what happens.

    Block time in your schedule for sessions/clients. Until those slots are full, that is your marketing time.

    Watch the “Miracle” “The Big Lebowski”

    Practice open-hearted sharing and vulnerability on purpose. Notice what it creates.

    Distinguish the past in yourself and other’s conversations. Practice supporting others in designing from the future.

    Required Reading: Conversations with God.

    Take on the practices at the end of the Life Purpose Coach’s Instructions handout.

    Attend a group call with your CTP team to discuss the movies and books.

    Take on the 3 Letter Series with a relationship breakdown

    Request for Coaching This Week: What’s getting in the way of me reaching out to people for referrals or for posting more online. I need to identify the “stop” there. What’s getting in the way of me from taking action-how do I push past it when I physically feel like crap. I’m also dreading the next in-person module, mainly because I’ve realized 4 full days of the whole team’s energy has been extremely draining for me; I see the appeal in the monthly program.
