    Request for Coaching This Week: Getting past my blocks on saying the BOLD thing in coaching. How to be more of a coach rather than a friend.

    Practices I completed: Completing more. Noticing self-sabotaging behaviors. Pushing myself past where I normally stop. Started power hours with Lauren to keep ourselves accountable. Starting to make friends with my survival mechanisms instead of being against them. Practiced speaking up when I told the team where I was at on the forum.

    • Suspecting I may be cut from my work team puts me under a lot of stress, hard to “not be attached” when attaining clients.
    • Always playing cat and mouse at work. When it’s a threat to lose it, I go hard at it. When it’s not I’m whatever about it.
    • Learn to stay calm, handle work, and go for 5 sample sessions next week.

    breakthrough as distinguished at the weekend. Share on the forum.
