Brilliant T,

lets enroll the team to post there teammates who don’t have the technology and rotate half way through the day. If there is an opportunity I will post someone’s in my background. I can also rotate them as well. If there is someone who doesn’t have the technology what do you all say to post your participants stuff? What a great way to show support.

Team, I’m going to create backdrops for each participant that includes:

• Their Name
• Their Essence Name
• Their SM
• Their Breakthrough For Mod 5

Once I’ve created them I’ll post the files to the participant forum for them to use, should their technology allow it (I know not everyone’s technology is updated enough to allow the use of those backgrounds).

Please bring your voice to this thread by EOD Thursday if you’re not aligned. I’ll be doing the Doing of this on Friday and want to be flat and aligned as a team before I move into the doing of this.
