Since we are now utilizing zoom as our primary presence with the participant team, what I recommend is to treat it the same way we would in person, and show up and behave on Zoom the same way we would in the room at the Sheraton. Some examples:

    • Dress/Presentation: Professionally dressed/groomed (lipstick optional ?) and trying to limit any distractions in the background.

    • Chat: Utilizing chat the same way we would utilize post-its. e.g. Ask relevant questions, put something in to whoever is speaking about something you see, “raise your hand” so to speak, but eliminate distracting side conversations that we wouldn’t be having if we weren’t in the room at the Sheraton. It’s obvious to me (and I’m sure the team) when people are having a side conversation in chat.

What else do y’all see to put in? And is anyone not aligned?
